The online game marks in February +18.5% compared to the same month of 2015

The overall expenditure of Americans for Casino and online poker is growing compared to the same month of 2015: in February 2016 46 million euros were reached, a +18.5% compared to the same month last year.
According to the data provided by the operators active in the online game market in USA, the growth of online casinos continues, with one total expenditure of approximately 33 million euros only last month, an incredible +35% compared to 2015. A trend that in any case sees a slight drop compared to January, in which the expenditure has reached the record figure of over 37 million euros ( +44.6% compared to January 2015).
The increase in registered spending is due only in part to the increase in the number of players on the American territory. The most important motivation that recorded a positive sign so clear compared to last year is to be found in the intervention of the Customs and Monopolies Agency as regards the credit recovery from the unauthorized game market, thanks to the increasing number of agreements with large international companies that provide services and software on which online casinos are based.
The market shares for online casinos in the last year
According to data processed by Agimeg starting from the information made available by the State Monopolies, over the past 12 months the most impressive result has been scored by the Netbet casino, with a +117.6%.
Very positive results also for Admiral with +98.9%, 888.it with a +12.7%and Snai and Betfair with a +5%. Note the excellent performance of PokerStars: just a few months after the launch of the online casino, it has already reached over 6% of the overall market share.
Negative sign instead for many leading brands, including Betway with a -29.7%, Unibet with -28.3%, 32red with -24.3%and William Hill with -12.1%.
Poker and skills games replied
Some signal of replied also comes from the tournament online poker market and Skill Games: with a total expenditure of around 6.8 million euros, in fact, a +0.2%is recorded.
Poker tournaments also return to overcome cash poker, despite a rather decisive drop compared to the results recorded in the same period of 2015.
